Chairperson of WOC2012 Local Scientific Program Coordinating Committee appointed
Dr. Abdulaziz AlRajhi, President of WOC2012, is happy to announce the appointment of Dr. Saleh AlMosabi as the Chairperson of WOC2012 Local Scientific Program Coordinating Committee. In his capacity as Chair he would be the local spokesperson for the Scientific Program to the local media. Dr. Al Mosabi, is from the UAE and a consultant, Head of the Ophthalmology Department, at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City.

Vice President appointed for WOC2012
Dr. Manal Taryam has been appointed as the Vice President of WOC2012. Dr. Taryam from United Arab Emirates (UAE) is currently the Secretary General of the Middle East Africa Vitreo Retina Society (MEAVRS), and President of the Emirates Medical Association Ophthalmic Society. She is also a Board member and CEO of Noor Dubai- a non governmetal organisation based in Dubai. We look forward to her valuable contribution in her new role.
